I think some staff could better communicate with patients, and be warmer and friendlier. Mostly from my experience it’s been the admin staff.

My son underwent ENT surgery yesterday and from start to finish the staff on Starlight ward and all the theatre staff and doctors were amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and caring and especially in theatres the anaesthetic team made my son laugh to keep his mind off feeling nervous and the recovery staff were very caring. A great experience and great care. Thank you.

I received exceptional care today, and did not have to wait to be seen. The doctor I saw today is an exceptional doctor who is very knowledgeable in her field and also is very caring and kind.

This hospital has great staff members who always go above and beyond their call of duty. They are very compassionate and knowledgeable in their field of expertise.

The staff of the Homerton University Hospital were excellent and caring. My wife had a baby delivered with C-section. The recovery ward and maternity unit staff were great and managed to cure both baby jaundice and mother's pre-eclampsia. Highly recommend the Hospital Maternity services.

Excellent maternity unit. All the staff went above and beyond on both of my births. They have excellent doctors and make sure you are well looked after
