Mr Matay Arsan

I consider myself extremely lucky to have got Mr Arsan as my Orthopeadic surgeon. Mr Arsan is extremely intelligent; He understands his patients need, and comes up with a solution. He has not made me feel that I am asking unnecessary questions, and has been most attentive to all my fears and worries. He goes the extra mile by contacting other professionals like the physio when I needed an injection put into the base of my thumb. He is in touch with new techniques and is not afraid to try. I feel so priveileged Especially as I had been told by another experienced orthopaedic surgeon that this is very common, and was brushed off. One has to keep this in mind while working with patients that each one's worries and fears and pain threshold is different, I think Mr Arsan understands this very well. The only suggestions that I feel I need to mention, is not about Mr Arsan, but about the administrative staff that support the clinic, They could improve in the way they deal with customers. I wish and pray that Mr Arsan carries on working at the Homerton.

You couldn’t want a bigger expert and a nicer surgeon and person. He is humble, wise, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. One of his subordinates told me that he is comparatively new in the Hommerton, but an amazing surgeon. Although, not of his own doing, he has an added bonus, of being tall and handsome.
