I came to see Mr Kapoor about a recurring thyroid condition, for which I had had surgery 25 years ago. He explained fully the reasons for ordering the relative tests and outlined what he was looking for. The results were given in a friendly and very informative way, especially in explaining the photographic images. I have complete confidence in Mr Kapoor, and am very happy for him to undertake the surgery to improve my quality of life afterwards. This was a good experience.

The whole arrangement to visit Doctor Kapoor was very easy and quick. I was very nervous due to my concerns about my health. I found Dr Kapoor a good listener and a warm, knowledgable and skilled professional. He put me at ease immediately. He explained exactly what he was going to do and why. He described the endoscopy procedure, ensured I was comfortable throughout and carried out the procedure with utmost care and safety. I trusted him and his diagnosis fully. I felt that after quite uncertain and anxious times, I was able to relax and know what was happening to me. I recommend Dr Kapoor strongly.
