Mr. Kapoor always gives us the time we need in our appointment. We never feel rushed and always leave feeling as if we understand the information relayed to us. We are always able to contact Mr. kapoor when needing to ask a question and his secretary replies swiftly too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend particularly due to his compassion as a Consultant.

I had had on ongoing ENT problem for some months and due to COVID 19 was unable to seek medical advice from my drs surgery, including face to face inspection. I self funded an appointment with Mr Kapoor initially on Zoom, and within a few days was seeing him in person for an examination. He was charming and very reassuring. He gave me a thorough examination of mouth and throat, and then attempted to show me with a drawing what he thought my problem was. He also recommended dietary and supplement changes. If I still have cause for concern he would then carry out further examinations. I could not speak more highly about the consultations on Zoom initially and then face to face with Mr Kapoor.

Probably the best experience ever in going to see a doctor. Both Mr Kapoor and his secretary were superb. Great communications before and after the appointment. It was a joy to meet Mr Kapoor. He explained everything in great detail and followed up with a number of tests which I got the results the same day. The appointment was on time and not rushed at any point. I would highly recommend Mr Kapoor to anyone.
