Mr Kapoor was great. He listened to me, he considered my opinion and he put me at ease. He investigated everything that could have been wrong with me and did not fob me off. He correctly figured out what was going on with me, what wasn't going on with me and how I could get better. His manner is friendly and considerate and his knowledge comes through clearly. I could not have asked for a better consultant.

Mr Kapoor did a very thorough examination, I especially liked seeing things on video/scans/pictures in his office there and then that could have explained my symptoms. When things to treat me didn’t work in the first week or 2, he was keen to get other tests done very swiftly and consider new avenues to deal with my distressing symptoms. He is a very cheerful and friendly person who puts you at ease straight away, even when explaining things you have probably never heard of before, you are never made to feel like you are the clueless patient. I very much trust him to find out the issue, because despite trying things which don’t work, he never doubts you or what you are reporting symptom wise. He will investigate reasonably based on your symptoms and his expertise to find the cause, but not excessively. Generally he is a pleasure to see in person he gives you hope and has a great sense of humour which in my mind makes the whole situation easier to bear. When you feel so unwell and lost for how to deal with it, his manner combining his clear expertise, his reassurance and his cheerful personality can make it all seem much less scary and worrying. His personal assistant is also wonderful for post appointment help or enquiries, cannot fault the overall care and treatment at all.
