Mr Borrill conducted an ACL reconstruction to my left knee nearly 12 months ago. He was incredibly helpful in the lead up to the operation I completely understood what it was he was going to do and this was very confidence inspiring. The rehabilitation in the first few weeks post operation was very clear I knew exactly what it was recommended I do and the check ups after the operation were very helpful in understanding how strong my knee was and when I could get back to playing sport. I can highly recommend him. I am now back playing sport in the same capacity as I was prior to the operation.

Mr Borrill has now undertaken two partial knee replacements for me, at the Alexandra Hospital. These have both been very successful. During the first procedure, I found him to be very approachable, explaining everything in terms I could fully follow, so that I understood the nature of my arthritis, what the procedure would be, what were the risks, and what were the likely outcomes. I had no hesitation in consulting him again when I developed problems with the second knee.

Mr Borrill has given me two total knee replacements. As a retired physiotherapist I have worked with a number of surgeons. Mr Borrill is world class surgeon and a very nice person. I have absolute trust in him and thank him for restoring my knees.

I had a PCL reconstruction in my right knee , i was recomended to Dr Borrill , After my first appointment i knew this was the surgeon to go with as he explained everything in detail that was going to happen before and after the operation I had my operation in the spire manchester , i was there for 2 days and then sent home to recover all the time i was in the hospital Dr Borrill would come round see me make sure everything was how it should be . I am a year on now and have just completed my first mile in running and everything feels good . I would highly recommend Dr Borrill to any one thanks

I had bi lateral knee replacement under the care of Mr. Borrill. Both in clinic, before my operation and during follow up clinics, Mr. Borrill was honest and reassuring. I had my operation and recovery explained to me and at no point felt rushed. My recovery was straight forward which I believe was because of the advice of Mr. Borrill and his team.
