From my first consultation, my operation and the post op appointments Mr Warner gave me in great detail, the cause, the solution and the final outcome, which I must say he was spot on with.Mr Warner is a excellent consultant/ Surgeon backed up by his very professional manager Jayne. Mr Warner explained everything to me in great detail, using a model shoulder structure, he showed me what the problem was, and how he intended to fix it. He explained the procedure using simple terms so everything was clear. He liaised closely with the physio department providing my aftercare, he was aware of my progress and provided additional assistance when required. He is approachable and answered any questions I had, and put my mind at ease. His work is very neat, with minimal scarring. I would highly recommend Mr Warner for any treatment you may be considering. I cannot make any suggestions for improvements, as I received first class service from Mr Warner, his assistant Jane and all the other staff I encountered at the BMI Bolton hospital.
