There are no words large enough to amplify my thanks to Mr. Warner! Mr. Warner operated on my Carpal tunnel on the 18th of December 2024. It is just three weeks ago today since Mr. Warner operated on my Carpal tunnel and the difference it has made is incredible, I am pain free and I have total movement of my hand! Mr. Warner's approach is excellent. He takes the time to put patients at ease by explaining the procedures in full, and his kindness is second to none! I received excellent service at all levels, including Mr Warner, his office manager, and the Beaumont hospital's nursing staff. I had carpal tunnel surgery on my dominant hand in August. The surgery was successful, and the symptoms I had pre surgery have completely gone. I am also amazed at the scar, which over time will fade away. Mr Warner conducted an operation on my right shoulder in early February 2024. I started to develop a shoulder problem. It was painful and was affecting my sleep. My problem had been getting worse and worse for over 12 months so decided to do something about it. I tried the local physiotherapists but it did not get any better. I therefore decided to made an appointment to talk to Mr Warner at Beaumont Hospital. The wait for an appointment was very short and during my first visit Mr Warner made a few movement tests and quickly diagnosed the problem. I was made aware that I had some internal problems around my shoulder cuff and an operation was needed to resolve the problem. I agreed to the guidance and the date was set for my operation. The date was made around my own business schedule to create minimum disruption to myself. Mr Warner himself carried out the operation himself and it was a glorious success. The after care was very well organized which included regular physiotherapy sessions and additional meetings with Mr Warner. I was being well cared for. As each month progressed my shoulder was getting better and better to the point of today ( mid August 2024 ) that I am now 99% fully recovered. I have zero pain, I have full usage of my shoulder and I sleep sounding through the night. I do not think about my shoulder anymore. Thorough the whole process, Mr Warner was very professional. He is a great communicator and makes everything easy to understand. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and he had my 100% trust. His support team managed by Jayne was available almost 24/7 to ensure everything was arranged around my very busy schedules and she even provided her own personal mobile number to ensure I received the best service possible. After the operation, Amber in the physiotherapy team, worked tirelessly to get my shoulder moving again and she played a major part in getting me back to full usage. Overall I received an awesome service from a great team at Beaumont Hospital. Mr Warner changed the quality of my life and it is a debt I can never repay. I would have no problem, whatsoever, in recommending Mr Warner and the Beaumont Team to any perspective patient who is unsure how to proceed. Thanks again for everything. You are an awesome team !
