I have gone months without any treatment or proper diagnosis. Today, that all changed when I met Mr Warner for an initial consultation. My visit went very smoothly. I was very impressed and happy with the whole experience. The waiting area is very pleasant with coffee, hot chocolate etc., available. All the staff I met today were very pleasant and friendly and explained everything that was happening along the way. Mr Warner did a thorough examination of my shoulder, had an x-ray taken and was able to diagnose my problem straight away. He gave me an interesting and full explanation of my shoulder problem and now the treatment is very soon to follow. I am a very happy patient and I would recommend Mr Warner and this Department. Thank you for being caring.
