I visited Mr Relwani for my severe frozen shoulder. He gave clear information with regards to treatment options. The treatment I received from him released the shoulder. I was very pleased as my condition was incredibly debilitating and very painful. The treatment I received from my GP had not worked. A good experience

Having undergone a few operations in my lifetime I can honestly state Mr Renwali was the best specialist I have ever dealt with. After suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis from the age of 18, I was referred to Mr Relwani for a total elbow replacement at the age of 44 in January 2020. Mr Relwani explained everything to do with the operation thoroughly and concisely. He took the time to listen and address my concerns regarding the success of the operation, considering my career as a dance teacher and how this may affect me. The operation was a success and I had great movement and now no pain in my elbow. Fast forward to March 2021 and I was back to see Mr Relwani with an infection in my elbow olecranon, that could potentially damage my implant. 6 months on and a number of operations later to fight this infection, Mr Relwani has been through this extremely tough time with me all the way, even to the point of keeping in contact with me daily throughout his 2 weeks leave recently. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty with the care he has given me, and continues to do so. I would highly recommend him, not only for the brilliant surgeon he is, but for the care and compassion he shows to his patients. Thank you, Mr Relwani.

I recently underwent surgery with Mr Relwani to repair a shoulder injury I had been struggling with. He is a fantastic surgeon who communicates well, listens to what you have to say and shows great empathy. In explaining my shoulder condition, he was clear in his advice, making it easy to understand without compromising the details. I felt he provided reassurance and support throughout the whole process. From first meeting him to undergoing surgery, it is clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best possible outcome for them. I never felt rushed into making a decision about having surgery, and he ensured I exhausted all conservative options beforehand. Even when it was clear that these were not going to resolve the issue, he took the time to clearly explain the operation to me and what outcome I could expect. Since my surgery, I am pleased to say I have had an excellent recovery in a very short period of time. Mr Relwani is an absolute asset to One Ashford Hospital and I cannot recommend him enough for anyone who is in need of a highly competent surgeon. I would certainly choose him again if I was ever in need of shoulder surgery. Thank you!
