My appointment came through very quickly, following a GP appointment. I saw Mr Nimesh Patel who was extremely helpful with my left hip problem ,he explained on my xray what deteriation showed and what needed to happen.He seemed to understand my anxieties and concerns and chatted clearly.

The hospital staff always make you feel welcome . In fact it was the first hospital I felt safe in . I don’t usually trust no one but from start to finish I would put my hand on my heart and say I felt safe and cared for . The staff after having the operation would ring up to check to see if everything was alright and nothing was too much if you rung up to say you had a problem. I’d say out of 10 they went that extra mile and say 15- 10 if there was a thing

One Ashford is calm and welcoming upon Reception. Staff were cheerful and helpful.
Overnight care was so good. Checked up on every 2 hours. I felt so safe.
Food was delicious even when I had no appetite.
Roast chicken dinner was available for Sunday evening.
Visitors were welcome at all times.

I attended a follow-up face-to-face appointment with Mr B Avarind at the One Hospital on 9th September 2025 regarding an hernia. As usual the hospital staff were excellent; hospital was spotless; and Mr B Avarind explained all that I needed to know about my condition. Very professional all round.

My third visit to the One Hospital for appointments and have been impressed by how things run. The staff very friendly and appointments are well to time but as yet haven't been an in patient so cannot comment on that.
