My daughter was desperately unhappy with her body and she asked me to support her in finding a surgeon to undertake a labiaplasty procedure. We researched this procedure thoroughly and had a few consultations with other surgeons. I came away not fully convinced that I could trust the surgeons with my daughters body. I then made contact with Jayne ,PA to Mr Lambe who talked us through the procedure and without being pushy informed us that Mr Lambe was extremely competent with this procedure Many times. On meeting Mr Lambe I knew within minutes that I would trust him with my daughters wellbeing. I have the advantage of years of medical knowledge and now working as a Psychotherapist I was very impressed with the detail Mr Lambe paid to my daughters mental attitudes to her body image and assessing her reasons for surgery. He explained the procedure and what type of incision he would do to gain the best result. Mr Lambe has a calm confident manner and put us at ease straight away. Nothing was too much bother, he connected with my daughter immediately and she felt at ease to ask intimate questions and what she felt may be silly questions. She is now 8 weeks post op and She is over the moon with the result. Mr Lambe has performed a minor miracle for my daughter . She is so confident with her body, which has reflected in her attitude to life . She feels complete and confident now .Mr Lambe is a very gifted man and can make positive changes to people’s life’s. Thank you Mr Lambe for taking great care with my daughter and myself. Also a big hug to Jayne to carry on with her great work in making people feel at ease and taking time to get to know the individuals.

My two consultations elsewhere had personal connections so I wasn't sure I needed a third. Well! It was apparent within about five minutes that I was going to have a hard time finding a reason not to choose Mr Lambe. Research had already shown me that he was an exceptional surgeon but upon meeting he was warm and funny and put me at ease. He gave me time (most important to me) and advice, no pressure or sales, answered my (usually) daft questions without judgement and encouraged me to ask more. His PA, Jayne, made me feel like an old friend and could drop in any time just for a chat if I wanted to. I felt like I emailed her a hundred times a day with questions and worries and she was so patient and sometimes phoned me or emailed me first just to check I was ok. I felt so welcome and comfortable with the whole Spire Manchester experience that I knew before I left the building that I would probably be choosing the Reflect Clinic. Every single person that looked after me on the big day was lovely. I couldn't be happier with the experience and the result.

I have not been happy with my vaginal area for quite a few years. I researched and found labiaplasty was an option however I had to be 18 in order to have the surgery. As soon as I was 18 I made an appointment with a private hospital in Cheshire, they then went on to refer me to Mr Lambe who they said was one of the best. I then went on and booked an appointment with Mr Lambe at Spire Hospital in Manchester. He was lovely, made me feel very comfortable, told me more about the surgery and answered all of my questions. I was very nervous to go in to surgery due to the fact you are awake, however I could not feel a thing and it did not take long! Mr Lambe also made sure all the staff were women and they were all fantastic. They talked to me throughout the surgery and I was made to feel very comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend Mr Lambe and his team as they did an amazing job for me and I am extremely happy with the results!

Fantastic, honest and truly lovely to have been treated by such a caring bunch of people. Since the age of 13 I had felt that something wasnt right with my vaginal area. I had looked into labiaplasty for a number of years through the NHS and had always thought it would be too expensive to go private. I decided to book an appointment with Mr Lambe, by sending an enquiry form. A lovely lady named Jayne gave me a call and got me booked in. Its always nerve racking but you were made to feel welcome, Jayne was in an office when I arrived and made herself known to you as well as making you feel comfortable and having a general chat! After the first consultation, I think we all know thats when you are able to tell if you can trust the surgeon who will be doing the procedure. Mr Lambe makes you feel comfortable, explains everything to you and in detail if needed. Then its time to book in. I was really happy with the initial meeting I had had and just now wanted to get on with it. Jayne had seen that they had had a cancellation so I had been booked in for the end of the month. When arriving on the day all the staff were lovely. I was taken down to another area of the hospital. The staff were amazing and i couldnt believe how quickly it felt the operation had gone. Even though awake for the whole procedure i couldnt feel a thing and felt safe with Mr Lambe and the team In the theatre. Mr Lambe had gone out of his way to make sure that everything was ok. Even if you panic etc after when you are home and recovering the team Mr Lambe and Jayne had been there every step of the way. It took me years to do but i am glad that I had waited to find the right Surgeon and team. If anyone is looking to have a labiaplasty done please look at this team as they give you over and above the care you would expect.

I first met Mr Lambe and Wendy Winn (Clinical Nurse Specialist)18 months ago when I attended a follow-up appointment at The Christie. I had had surgery in 2013 I cannot express how thankful I am to them both for the care, understanding and dedication they provided to me. They have helped me to regain my self-esteem and confidence, I have not felt this happy for 10 years. They are a truly unique team and are dedicated to improving people's lives.
