Mr Kelly carried out a procedure to clear my sinuses, and the results have been fantastic. I'm able to breathe normally, sleep better (and snore less)! He was extremely thorough and attentive at my initial appointment, didn't push me into the procedure, letting me make up my own mind about whether to proceed or not. Once the decision was made, the procedure went smoothly, and apart from the initial discomfort which lasted 3 - 4 days, my condition has improved week by week. I cannot recommend Mr Kelly too highly.

I attended an initial consultation with Dr Kelly having been diagnosed by a GP as having eustachian tube dysfunction, presenting with hearing loss, pressure in the ears and tinnitus. Dr Kelly was thorough, patient and very understanding. He listened carefully to my concerns and determined a different diagnosis which, unfortunately, was not suited to surgical intervention. Whilst the conclusion was disappointing - no 'cure' - I had complete trust in the advice and am now exploring hearing aids.

I went to Mr. Kelly for hearing problems for my 14-year-old son. I was extremely worried as my two appointments with my GP did not diagnose the problem. The problem had been there for 12 weeks and the worry was permanent hearing loss. We received an appointment with Mr. Kelly. On the appointment day, Mr. Kelly came to collect us for the clinic. He was extremely polite, gentle, and humble. He listened to the problem fully and then carried on with the detailed history and examination. All this time, he kept on talking to me and my son and kept us fully informed. My son was immediately comfortable and re-assured. We felt as if we were with a family friend rather than a consultant ENT surgeon. My son then had a hearing test and was seen again by Mr. Kelly. He explained to us the cause of the hearing loss, showed us the results of investigations, and explained the results. He discussed the treatment options and was very clear as to what would be the best option. He also explained what should we look for in the future to prompt another appointment with him. After this appointment, all my worries (and my son's) were gone and we feel very reassured. He had all the time for us, listened to us, and was very thorough. I found him the best and I could recommend him without hesitation.
