Following an MRI for reduced hearing in my left ear, I saw Mr Kelly again at the Spire, Leeds, for the results. I was diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma. I had never heard of this condition, but Mr Kelly explained everything in straight forward terms, with patience, understanding and empathy. He outlined clearly the treatment options, advising what he thought was the best initial course of action. He also referred my case to the local MDT for feedback. Mr Kelly understood that I may have additional questions, once I had absorbed all the information and provided his email address. I emailed a couple of days later and received a quick, clear and comprehensive reply. Thank you Mr Kelly for your care in what has been a scary time for me.

Dr Kelly was thorough in his questioning and took time to listen and clarify. His explanations were clear and he provided a comprehensive set of options regarding how to proceed with my care. He explored the issue within the context of my life which I was impressed by, and he took time to learn more about me following the examination. His manner was friendly and comforting which put me at ease. His communication has been prompt and helpful.

Mr Kelly looked after my daughter after she had been passed around numerous doctors. He was always kind and honest and found the problem instantly. He always had my daughters best interests at heart and explained things and spoke to her in a way she could understand. Would recommend him to anyone that needs his services.

Mr Kelly has supported our little boy as well as us as parents. Our little one needs an adenotonsillectomy and we have complete faith in Mr Kelly. We know that our little boy is already comfortable with Mr Kelly (as was seen after initial consultation) which is just as important to us as parents as his wonderful medical knowledge. From my perspective, as a mum, just knowing that our little boy is in great hands is a weight off my shoulders and I'm sure our little boy will love to continue his conversation about Peppa Pig with him! We are awaiting the operation but I know already he will be in safe hands. Thank you so much for not only your support in the initial consultation but the after support via email, I can't thank you enough.
