Provide direct access for communication via MyChart or other to avoid 3rd party GP involvement and lengthy delays. Not proactive in managing the case as is now 36 weeks since referral and treatment prohibited awaiting procedure which the trust cannot provide in a timely manner.

Excellent experience with the consultation, Mr Hackett was brilliant at listening and was able to provide correspondence quickly via the EPR system. Excellent service

I felt that after waiting many months for this appointment I didn’t feel enough time was given to allow me to communicate how I am feeling and what I am going through, didn’t really feel like I was listened to, no compassion or understanding of how detrimental to my life the menopause has effected me, just felt that I was there just to be given a prescription and off you go! No wonder women don’t feel like they are really listened to and would rather not talk as they feel understood and undervalued. I was actually so upset when I left my appointment that I had to go into the toilet and cry, such a dreadful feeling.

Mr Hackett listened and was able to give contructive advice, and I was able to converse without embarrassment.
