I'm saying this as I find this doctor to of been the best I've seen yet I do need him to contact me ASAP tho due to the issue I have now got since last seeing Mr Hackett

Ever since I started seeing Mr Hackett my life has improved greatly. He listens and gives great advise. Has no problem ordering extra tests and does not fob me off as I have been before.

Dr Hackett was extremely professional, knowledgeable and also caring. Communication of results has been clear and quick. He predicted a need for bone density scans even before I had my first broken bone within weeks of seeing him, thereby getting me seen faster than I would have otherwise. Very thorough and thoughtful about a patients wellbeing.

Mr Gerald Hackett is a leading consultant gynaecologist in Cambridge with more than 20 years experience. Whilst Mr Hackett cares for women with many different gynaecological conditions he specialises in menstrual disorders, fibroids, ovarian cysts, pelvic pain and the menopause. He has particular expertise in performing minimally invasive procedures via both laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. He is recognised by the British Menopause Society as both a Menopause Specialist and Principle Trainer and oversees the NHS Menopause Clinic in Cambridge.
Further to his clinical commitments Mr Hackett leads ambulatory service in gynaecology introducing the latest diagnostic techniques and therapies.
Mr Hackett is an Associate Lecturer at Cambridge University teaches and lectures and has been research active.
