Dr Hackett was extremely professional, knowledgeable and also caring. Communication of results has been clear and quick. He predicted a need for bone density scans even before I had my first broken bone within weeks of seeing him, thereby getting me seen faster than I would have otherwise. Very thorough and thoughtful about a patients wellbeing.
