At the age of 61 I thought I'd left it too late for breast reduction surgery but now wish I'd done it years ago! From beginning to end the consultation process with Mr Ross and his team was totally thorough, understanding and informative and at no stage did I feel pressurised into pursuing the surgery. The care and attention I received by the hospital staff immediately post-surgery was second to none. The most surprising thing, apart from the fantastic results that were achieved, is how almost completely pain-free I felt in the days and weeks after the surgery. I'd definitely recommend Mr Ross and his team - most certainly if you're considering breast reduction surgery.

I'll start by saying I am thrilled with my results, life changing! Mr Ross is super experienced and it shows in his practice. He makes everything clear and understandable and he takes time to run through your options and involve you in the decision making process. He gives you an idea of realistic outcomes and ensures you have realistic expectations. Mr Ross's team are amazing. They are kind, patient and knowledgable and provide a personal service. I have been so well looked after. If I needed some advice while at home they were very responsive via email and were happy for me to come and see them. The extended team at the Alexandra who were involved on the day or surgery were also reassuringly good. Mr Ross even took time to personally check in on me both whilst in hospital and at home. I really can't thank all of you enough.

This is the 3rd procedure Mr Ross has performed for me ... so we go back some time now. I've been delighted with every one of them but on this occasion he has surpassed himself. . The results are much better than I had dared hope for. Furthermore, it has been over 2 years in the planning (mostly due to the pandemic) and at no point did I ever feel rushed, I had quite a few consultations during that time until I was absolutely sure. Mr Ross and his team are also always available by phone or email for advice.

Excellent from start to finish. Gary and his team took great care of me and the results are beyond anything I could have hoped for. All of my clothes now fit how I wanted them to all these years. The only regret is not finding Gary sooner and getting it done earlier. I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.
