I'll start by saying I am thrilled with my results, life changing!
Mr Ross is super experienced and it shows in his practice. He makes everything clear and understandable and he takes time to run through your options and involve you in the decision making process. He gives you an idea of realistic outcomes and ensures you have realistic expectations.
Mr Ross's team are amazing. They are kind, patient and knowledgable and provide a personal service. I have been so well looked after. If I needed some advice while at home they were very responsive via email and were happy for me to come and see them. The extended team at the Alexandra who were involved on the day or surgery were also reassuringly good. Mr Ross even took time to personally check in on me both whilst in hospital and at home.
I really can't thank all of you enough.
