Mr Gary Ross

I am so incredibly pleased with the outcome of my neck/lower face surgery by Mr Ross. From our initial online discussion through to surgery and recovery, he showed empathy, care and understanding. He listened to why I had sought surgery, outlined what the options were (including not having any), the results I could anticipate, what the surgical procedure would entail, and what the recovery experience and timeline would be. This gave me the courage to go ahead with a procedure I had considered for many years. The procedure and my recovery went smoothly and as planned. I had wonderful kindness, care and support from specialist Nurse Emma throughout. She was always available to answer questions and offer guidance. That continuity of care from initial contact until sign off 9 months after the procedure, made the whole journey feel considerate and seamless. I specifically chose Mr Ross, having done extensive online research of facial surgery options in Cheshire and London. As well as location, my ultimate decision was based on Mr Ross considerable experience, his background in the NHS, and the fact he was registered with the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. I found much usage of the logo online but without current registration. This was a minimum requirement for me. For anyone considering facial surgery I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Ross and his team at the Alexandra Hospital.

I came to Dr. Ross after losing 10 stone in weight and being left with a lot of loose skin. My options were discussed and realistic expectations managed. I had an extended abdominoplasty and breast lift at the same time and couldn't be happier with the results, they surpassed my expectations. My breasts are symmetrical and natural looking and my abdomen is so flat and smooth. For the first time in my life I've even bought a bikini! I would recommend Dr. Ross to anyone in my position.

Mr Ross is a fantastic surgeon who definitely knows what is best for you and what works for your face to achieve a really natural look. The operating team on the day and nurses were also brilliant and made me feel calm and looked after. I know that if I had had any problems or questions after the surgery I would have been able to speak to Mr Ross as he was so helpful with seeing me with any extra questions I had had beforehand. My recovery was absolutely fine and well within my expectations. I was able to return to work two weeks later without anyone saying anything about the change. I am very happy with the result, it has been positively life changing and I have definitely noticed a big difference in myself, my confidence and how I feel about my appearance. I would definitely recommend Mr Ross + Mr Camilleri (who does the ENT side) for anyone looking for septo/rhinoplasty surgery. You will be in the best hands.

I decided to remove my breast implants and went to see Mr Ross who had performed the surgery 5 years ago. The choice to remove was no reflection on my original surgery results but a personal decision. I had no hesitation in choosing Mr Ross for this surgery as I knew it would afford me the best possible expertise and care. Mr Ross and his team were understanding of my needs, after 20 years with implants I was keen to ensure the best possible look for my breast following surgery. I opted for removal, lift and fat transfer. All options were discussed during my consultation and the pros and cons were outlined very clearly. The surgery was arranged to suit my timescales, which I appreciated. My recovery was straightforward and I was well looked after by Mr Ross' team in terms of being able to contact them. My recovery was over Christmas and when I wanted some advice I emailed on Boxing Day and received a response from Mr Ross immediately as well as a follow up with Emma, his nurse. I have been delighted with the results and have never regretted my decision. I had great confidence that I would be looked after but also that the results I wanted would be achieved and I was not disappointed. I recommend Mr Ross and his team without reservation.

I cannot speak highly enough regarding the treatment I received from Gary Ross. I had a breast reduction which totally exceeded my expection. Gary is very approachable and i felt totally at ease.
