Mr Ross performed a full face and neck lift for me and also at the same time eye surgery (Blepharoplasty). Initially my recovery was harder than expected but after only 2 weeks my face was healing very well and I could see the results.now fully recovered I am absolutely thrilled with the results and have already had many complements, the surgery looks totally natural and I feel that my face looks like it did 10 years ago. I would recommend Mr Ross and his team to anyone considering this type of surgery, I chose Mr Ross after looking at many other surgeons and couldn't be happier. The after care was brilliant and throughout the whole process from start to finish I had full confidence in Mr Ross and his expertise.

At every stage Mr. Ross has been accessible to answer questions and allay any fears or concerns. Risks were outlined and expectations were managed. I am absolutely delighted with the results and I have felt listened to throughout. Mr. Ross is very straight forward and doesn't convolute or try and baffle you with science. He was very present throughout the initial recovery after surgery, which was reassuring at that stage. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Ross and his team.

Coming in to hospital for any procedure can be daunting but Mr Ross and his team gave me confidence from the outset that I was with the right surgeon. My request for surgery and the reason I had opted for surgery, were discussed and procedures fully explained. The admittance and surgery its self went very well and the nursing staff post surgery were supportive and attentive through to discharge. Post surgery activities including exercise and scar manipulation were explained so I knew the next steps once I was back at home. The whole experience from initial contact through to today's review has been professional, friendly and supportive and I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Ross and his team at the Alexander Hospital.
