Since I met dr Francis he wasn't friendly, didn't greet me as such was arrogant and didn't want to listen to anything I said or discuss my concerns, when I spoke he jus gave me short answers to close off the conversation ASAP.. I was anxious knowing that he was going to be performing surgery on me but went along with it still but after my surgery I have found allot of bruises on my right leg, my legs swollen and very painful and no one can explain why, I have had tests but none to clear why this has happened or how it happened.. I will be changing consultants and also will be very weary who to trust if I under go further surgerys..

Sorry to read about this patient's experience. It is quite out of keeping with all other feedback. I don't recall any problem with legs being brought to my attention. I hope that the problem will resolve.

Clearly a leading practitioner in this field.
Has great presence, without appearing aloof. Real sense that he was sympathetic to my concerns and was working WITH me.
Instilled great confidence. Fabulous bedside manner - felt very at ease and able to ask stupid questions.
Explained averything very clearly. Never felt rushed.

Had very good discussions with Mr Chinegwundo and felt he allowed a circumstance to explore the problem whilst, within that, provide constructive and informative advice.
Was very happy with the treatment and the proposed strategy in the coming years.

We were seen at Newham Hospital for appointment. Dr was very caring, professional, he did listen to all the concerns and we were very happy with outcome of consultation.
