Since I met dr Francis he wasn't friendly, didn't greet me as such was arrogant and didn't want to listen to anything I said or discuss my concerns, when I spoke he jus gave me short answers to close off the conversation ASAP.. I was anxious knowing that he was going to be performing surgery on me but went along with it still but after my surgery I have found allot of bruises on my right leg, my legs swollen and very painful and no one can explain why, I have had tests but none to clear why this has happened or how it happened.. I will be changing consultants and also will be very weary who to trust if I under go further surgerys..

Sorry to read about this patient's experience. It is quite out of keeping with all other feedback. I don't recall any problem with legs being brought to my attention. I hope that the problem will resolve.
