Mr Cheetham was absolutely great in giving me the confidence to go ahead with keyhole surgery to remove excess bowel which was causing me a
huge amount of pain and discomfort. At all stages, before and after the operation, he was very reassuring and indeed caring, as well as having a great sense of humour! I am certain this contributed to my rapid recovery and sense of wellbeing afterwards. I really feel that I have a completely new body now without the pain and discomfort and to be able to go to the toilet completely normally. I am really very grateful to him!

There are not enough stars to reflect my admiration for Mr Cheetham. With his help, I laughed my way through serious bowel cancer and am now looking forward to the rest of my life. Positive, caring and having amazing skills, he is my hero for evermore. Mari Gordon-Price
Mr Cheetham is a brilliant laproscopic surgeon, caring and careful in his advice and a genuinely funny man - every ward round is an event!
