Firstly: Thank you to Kimberly and Claire who were such good companions while we waited for the theatre to be prepared. Only vaguely remember Mr Memarzadeh as the anesthetic took effect.
Pre and post operation consultations provided all the information that I requested.
Still early days regarding the final outcome but so far everything appears to be going as planned and recovery is continuing.
Follow up clinic provide the additional information I required for recovery to continue. Just need to get the Physiotherapy organised and hopefully back on my bike soon.
Overall, the from my initial visit to A & E and the Trauma unit, through to the attendance at the day surgery unit and the operation, it is difficult to fault to speed of response and the level of care.
Thank You to all concerned.
Although my recovery has not been straightforward, Mr Memarzadeh has always been diligent and thorough during the consultations and provided a clear and successful plan forward. A very relaxed and easy going manner.
Explained everything very well on my upcoming knee surgery.
Great chap to deal with really please with outcome
Excellent. Took time to listen, and explained carefully his findings on examination. There was a really quick, super efficient referral on to scans, and then a treatment plan. Involved his team in the process, which is great. I feel in safe hands.
Mr Memarzadeh was absolutely wonderful with my 12 year old son who is autistic - he made him totally at ease, recognised how important his sports are to him, explained everything, and arranged knee surgery as quickly as he could with the best possible outcome. Superb care from beginning to end and the surgery went extremely well.
