I saw Mr Andrew Cruise last week. He treated me with care and respect and explained all the different tests he was going to carry out before and as he was conducting them. He introduced me to the audiologist , again with great respect. I felt very at ease and that I has a thorough examination. Following the examination and hearing test the results were patiently explained to me. I was given advice and next steps should I want to follow them. The follow up letter is also really thorough and easy to understand. I don't know what could be improved as I felt I received excellent care and attention, for which I am very grateful.

I would recommend Mr Andrew Cruise. In a very busy department, Mr Cruise took the time to listen to my concerns and symptoms. He ran initial tests and referred me on for further investigation. I left my appointment knowing the outcome of those initial tests and clearly understanding the next steps in my diagnosis. Once further investigation had taken place Mr Cruise wrote to me explaining those results and potential causes, giving excellent guidance to both myself and my GP. He was professional and thorough and after my appointment continued to research possible causes. I welcomed the review letter, which was written to me, from a patients perspective, rather than from medical professional to medical professional (GP). I'm grateful for the guidance and expert care I received from Mr Cruise.

I was most impressed with the kind care and professionalism of Mr Andrew Cruise, who made me feel completely at ease throughout the consultation. He organised a hearing test immediately and quietly and considerately explained the results and managed to refer me for an MRI the next day. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Cruise to anyone suffering with ear problems.

The appointment was more than satisfactory it exceeded my expectations in every way. I was seen on time, Mr Cruise was very polite professional friendly and informative. His manner knowledge and competence was both reassuring and helpful, and the report was forthcoming within a week. I would most certainly be happy to use Mr Cruise again if needed and would recommend him to those who need an ENT consult.
