This Consultant is the best I have ever seen having seen many over the last 30 years with regard to problems with my lumbar spine. He listened to me and gave me the most thorough examination I have had. I had a range of scans and x-rays in order to help to make an accurate diagnosis. The options on offer were clearly explained with no pressure given as to which option to choose. I was given enough information to make an informed decision. I felt totally at ease and made my decision feeling confident in the procedure being carried out to the best of his abilities, giving me the best chance of a successful outcome. I had my lumbar spine decompression surgery three weeks ago and have no regrets. I was visited, post surgery and on the following day to make sure I was ok. This man is very caring about his patients. There was immediate relief from some of my symptoms and pain, which I am grateful for. I had my surgery three weeks ago and am still improving. If I were to need any further surgery for anything else, I would have no hesitation in choosing Mr Nader-Sepahi again.

had a microdicectomy of the L5 S1 by Dr Sepahi, I was walking like a stroke victim before the opp but I can now and have walked for 2.5 hours with no problems. He told me to quit high level boxing but my burning desire is to fight again, win in emphatic fashion and dedicate my vistory to Dr Sepahi. I thoight he was exsellent all rouund. It as worth listening to him over reddit bros and the harley street doctor I got a second opinion from. Only way he could improve is to have written me a prescription for Human Growth Hormorne to heal my my body so i dont have to go back to him because I never say die, until the bones are rotten. I do understand he is a neurosurgeon and not a drug dealer though.

A very caring consultant who answered all my questions and suggested a more conservative approach rather than fusion and the result has been fantastic. I could hardly walk to the theatre on the day of surgery and 4 hours later my symptoms had all gone. No hesitation in recommending him.

Mr Ali Nader-Sepahi is an excellent physician with a patient orientated view. Each meeting was unhurried and yet on point. He explained his diagnosis well, and, although I was somewhat shocked when he informed me I needed surgery; he picked up on this and empathised in a professional caring way. It was his approach and the way he engaged with me that gave me full confidence in his skills and I had no sense that the treatment path he suggested wasn't the right course of action. When in hospital, he visited me prior to surgery and the day after he came around to discharge me as he said he would. The proof of whether he's a good surgeon is how you feel the day after, how you heel over time and how soon you are 'back to normal'. On all those, I have been pleasantly surprised how straightforward my recovery has been. I was also surprised that the only pain killer I ever needed was paracetamol. All of these statements enable one conclusion: he's a great surgeon and human being. Thank you
