Mr Nader -Sepahi is very approachable. He listens to you, and answers questions. His explanations are clear. In my experience as his patient, he was conscientious, and I felt that he cared about my well being. His treatment has been thorough and successful, as far as I can tell so far.

The greatest gift is an open mind to all possibilities and not to discount your ideas because they do not follow a textbook version. He is charming and very easy to talk to, listen's to everything you have to say. I have not had the pleasure of him using his knife, however should this arise in the future have 100% faith in his skill and qualification's to set me right. At the moment I will be going for Cyberknife Radiology up to London and is really a terrific idea with my welfare and wellbeing as to the best option for me. Anyone who cannot decide I would not hesitate in recommending him . An absolute diamond. There really is nothing I could suggest to improve on for greater care. Bernice his secretary has been very helpful we all have daft questions at time's but they may well not seem that way to us simply because we do not know. Charlotte

I was referred to Mr Sepahi from my neurologist, Adrian Millar, following an abnormality being identified on an MRI scan of my head and neck, namely impingement of my cervical spine. Over the course of a year my walking ability had dramatically deteriorated, from using a stick to a rollator and to the point where I was practically unable to walk at all. My long standing, 27 years, neurological condition masked the “presentation “ of the symptoms but I realised that something fundamentally was going very wrong. Mr Sepahi immediately observed that it was an issue with my lower spine, arranged an MRI scan which revealed compression of my spinal cord at T11/12 vertebrae (thorassic) He was friendly, approachable and was able to explain exactly what was going wrong and what was needed to fix it. He inspired confidence in his professional ability. Following the operation I have had an immediate and dramatic improvement in my walking ability, this is continually improving, but I no longer need walking aids. It seems like a miracle! So I would completely recommend Mr Sepahi to anyone who needs spinal surgery. I might add that his secretary, Bernice, was fantastically efficient in quickly arranging all the appointments.

Mr Sepahi is patient and very thorough He is extremely approachable, putting me at my ease immediately at the initial consultation. In the follow up he made sure he had sufficient time to explain the situation succinctly to me and, so importantly, in terms I could understand. I am so grateful for his help, kindness and knowledge. His secretary, Bernice, is excellent - very efficient and always willing to help. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Sepahi to anyone in need of his skills.

I am 78 and have degenerative spine disease. This operation was the second performed by Mr Sepahi on my neck. Mr Sepahi's operations have both been very effective in reducing pain. Most importantly they resulted in very quick recovery; surprisingly so for a man of my age. Mr Sepahi thoroughly explains the procedures with patience for a sometimes fuzzy thinker like me! Mr Sepahi's secretary, Bernice has been amazing in providing rapid response to any queries I have had. If I have any criticism at all, I found some of the staff at the Southampton clinic are not reading notes regarding my medical condition.
