Mr Nadir-Sepahi is an absolute genius. I cannot stress enough how he has given me my life back. My neck & spine were in a mess and his expertise has turned it all around. He operated on my spinal discs, to include fusion with a piece inserted to fix my broken spine. He isn’t a man of many words, but his actions speak volumes and that’s vital.

The surgery has got me walking again but only for relatively short distances at rhe moment but it’s early days

I will try everything else before consulting a specialist. Having done this for many years, symptoms becoming worse & worse I asked Mr Nader-Sepahi for help. He started by suggesting a better drug - amazing result. I needed this in high doses & the side effects became too much. Surgery was suggested & I was given time to think about this & an appointment to discuss exactly what this meant & what would be done - with tests before hand so Mr Nader-Sepahi knew precisely what he was doing. Good result so far after surgery week 3. Already taking a step without pain is amazing. Anaesthetist also amazing & listened. Would recommend. Careful, conservative, detailed, gentle with desired outcome would be my words to describe surgery with Mr Sepahi & his team.

I am so grateful and pleased that I had Mr Ali Nader-Sepahi as my consultant. He was very clear and concise about what needed to be done to correct all the issues I was having and knowing he is an exceptionally skilled and a highly competent spinal neurosurgeon, I felt in very safe hands. I had decompression surgery at L4/5 and L5/S1, also with microdiscectomy, and I was quite anxious at the thought of having spinal surgery. However, I needn’t have worried, as the operation went smoothly and was a complete success. I had immediate relief from my sciatic pain and from several other issues I was having and two days after the operation I was amazed at how mobile I was. Three weeks after surgery I have been signed off from his care and have started physio to rebuild my strength so that I can return to my gym and the other activities that I enjoy doing. I cannot thank Mr Ali Nader-Sepahi enough. In addition to being a very skilled spinal neurosurgeon he is also a very kind, caring person, and his team were all very lovely and helpful too, I can thoroughly recommend him.

On my initial consultation, I could tell that Mr Sepahi was a very methodical and professional Consultant. He clearly knows his craft so wanted to take control of the meeting. Upon surgery, he was most welcoming and comfortably reassuring. He went through the procedure with me. He even visited me post-surgery in my hospital room, accompanied by the anaesthetist to ensure I was comfortable. He clearly is a wonderful surgeon and my scar has healed beautifully. Subsequent post-surgery visits have been most helpful with his continued understanding and professionalism.

Mr. Ali Nader-Sepahi, is an exceptionally skilled and highly competent spinal surgeon who has provided my care over multiple complex procedures over several years, including cervical spine fusions and, most recently, lumbar decompressions at L4 and L5. This was evident in the coordinated care provided by theatre staff, nursing teams, physiotherapists, pharmacists, and other hospital personnel involved in my treatment and recovery. Post-operatively, Mr. Ali Nader-Sepahi, provided clear, structured guidance regarding recovery and rehabilitation, emphasising appropriate timing and the importance of physiological healing before progression to further interventions such as physiotherapy. His ongoing availability and supportive approach provided reassurance and continuity throughout the recovery process. Mr. Ali Nader-Sepahi consistently prioritises patient safety, informed decision-making, and holistic care. He demonstrates a high level of professionalism, technical expertise, and leadership within the clinical environment. Mr Ali Nader Sepahi provided excellent care throughout my diagnosis, surgery and follow-up. He explained everything clearly to me and answered all my questions.
