My experience with Mr Hannan was excellent. He was patient and receptive to all the details I provided about my symptoms. He was very thorough, and his diagnosis was spot on. He provided a clear explanation of the condition, the treatment and the possible outcomes. His warm and friendly manner was very reassuring. Mr Hannan is a great ENT surgeon. From beginning to last he explained every details of my disease and treatment options. He is very thoughtful, professional and has got empathetic manner. I was recently visited by doctor Hannan and I have to say it has been an excellent experience. My father in Italy is medical doctor as well, so used to get appointments with very good doctors through my father when I was n Italy. This time I found my ENT consultant by myself because I moved to the UK and I have to say I was impressed by the courtesy, the respect of Mr. Hannan, by his competence and his patience in responding to all my worries and to reassure me. He made a thorough visit and explained everything very carefully to me so that I went home without any doubt left. He took all the time needed for me and he gave me the feeling that there would have been even more time if I had needed it. During the ear wax remove procedure he had been also very gentle and precise.
Finally, Mr. Hannan was also very kind because he managed to combine an appointment for my wife too just next to mine, so that we could travel together to him from Reading with the minimum planning overhead. She has been also 100% happy of her visit like me. I just can say thank you Mr Hannan!
