Mr Hannan treated our son in 2017 and from our first meeting to talk about the Earfold procedure and what it entailed, through the day of the operation itself and subsequently in follow-up aftercare we can give nothing but the highest praise for the quality of support and guidance that has been provided.
Mr Hannan answers everything in an approachable, understandable manner free of professional jargon, takes time to make sure everyone's questions are answered (both parent and child) and demonstrates great empathy for his patient at all times

One of the best consultants I have ever encountered. I had an initial telephone consultation thinking I would then have to meet Mr Hannan at his clinic. It wasn't needed. Mr Hannan spent a long time on the phone going through my symptoms and finally diagnosed mild chronic rhinitis which I have had for 15 years. He took a thorough case history and most importantly explained my condition and taught me how to use my medication in order to manage my condition. I finally feel that I am on the road to recovery. If you can't travel to see a consultant, Mr Hannan is the one for you.

I visited Mr Hannan a couple of months ago regarding vertigo and neck pain.
His friendly yet professional manner put my mind at ease after the first couple of minutes of our consultation and I felt I was in good hands.
Mr Hannan is a dedicated, approachable and compassionate doctor who goes above and beyond, and work tirelessly towards his patients’ health. He took time explaining my condition and the diagnosis in fine details in a very reassuring way making sure I understood everything.
His personal and professional approach is like a breath of fresh air. I wouldn’t hesitate to choose him again.

Not rushed; good listener; strong communicator; explained scope procedure really clearly and added Covid context / explanation for what was different to normal
On the technical explanation of the signs of Reflux and Scoring system, perhaps a chart / pictorial view would have been a useful addition.

It was a superb and thorough consultation where the doctor listened to all of my concerns and was perceptive. He was very clear and explained everything in a manner that I would understand perfectly.
