AmaZing surgeon he preformed my daughters cleft pallet repair couldn't of asked for a better outcome reassured me through out it all everything explained clearly and made me feel safe and that my little girl was in safe hands highly recommended couldn't thank him enough

Amazing made us feel so confident I was very frightened as my granddaughter is only 16 months old and going down for surgery he is very very amazing I couldn’t thank him enough fir he’s care towards my family

Mr sawyer was brilliant and all his staff around him. He was very approachable and my daughter who was 4 at the time and normally shy around most people warmed to him immediately. Party entertainers have tryed to get a response out of her but failed but Mr sawyer won her over streight away.
Everypart of the procedure was fully explained in layman's terms and every question answered. We always felt welcomed in all parts of the hospital we visited and all are needs dealt with as quick as possible.
As for the operation. 100% satisfied and the outcome was very successful. The recovery was very quick and we had are happy bouncy daughter back in no time. After a few months everyone around us noticed how much more confident my daughter had become. Communicating with people outside her regular family circle is easier for her and her school work has greatly improved.
She she the operation as a positive and I thing she'd quite happily go back for another one deep down for the added attention.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Sawyer several times in the run up to my Rhinoseptoplasty surgery in Nov 2018. The moment I first met Mr Sawyer he made me feel 100% comfortable and at ease. His mannerisms and general approach is calming, caring and professional. The surgery itself, whilst not straight forward on my part (cleft pallet and lip) was done to perfection. I had very little bruising or discomfort afterwards and Mr Sawyer checked on me the morning after surgery and then again a week later when I was having my stitches out. He is a warm, friendly, caring chap and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr Sawyer was very kind and understanding when explaining what would happen to our son in surgery. He explained every little detail and all the risks that went with it. Any question we had he would answer with confidence, which I turn gave us confidence. Once the operation was done he came to see us, he did not lie and said it was a tricky operation but he was very happy with it which was a huge relief. He and his team have been a huge support through this journey so far for us and we are very grateful to him and very lucky for Ollie to have such a skilled surgeon. Thank you!
