Miss Mcguinness is so nice to deal with, flexible in her approach and transparent about treatment options.Miss McGuinness removes a grade 2 vein 3 years ago on my right leg which was a success. I now have the same issue on my left leg and without hesitation , Cathy was my first point of call.

DrCathy McGuinness was extremely kind and attentive when I recently sustained a serious leg injury which resulted in a large Haematoma. Although she had an extremely busy schedule involving a trip abroad, she gave me contact details for reassurance and advice if needed and also offered to call at my home on her return to ensure necessary attention if required. Very professional attention available from this conscientious doctor if needed.

Throughout my consultation with Catherine Mcguinness I felt totally comfortable with her clear explanation regarding the forthcoming procedure that i required and why it was necessary. She listened carefully to my concerns and was happy to answere all of my questions. I do not feel that anything would be necessary to improve greater care, she was very professional and knowledgeable ,showing great empathy.I would not hesitate in recommending her to future patients.

It has been necessary for me to consult Miss McGuiness several times over the years. On each occasion I have found her kindness and obvious expertise absolutely excellent. Being an elderly lady with significant vascular issues it is absolutely invaluable for me to feel someone so able and also so approachable and understanding is 'fighting my corner'. I know I can ask questions and receive informed and sensible answers and I feel completely confident that I am most definitely in safe hands! I have seen Miss McGuiness privately because sadly the NHS does not deal with these issues as seriously as one would wish. However, I am lucky enough to be able to pay to stay alive thanks to dedicated and genuine physicians such as Miss McGuiness.
