Dr Pinder took great care to listen and note down my medical history concerning this problem. She then carried out a full body dermatological examination, with photographs of the affected area. This was followed by an in depth discussion of the problem, and the offer of an immediate biopsy, subject to insurance approval. My insurance company discussed the proposal with Dr Pinder, and gave approval for the expenditure, whereupon the procedure was carried out with speed and efficiency. Both Dr Pinder and the assisting nurse were thoroughly professional, friendly and did everything to put me at my ease. Documentation was completed very rapidly, as was post procedure briefing. Dr Pinder phoned me with the result of the test, which was clear, and did a follow up telephone consultation one week after the initial procedure, with ongoing advice for the care of the site. All in all an excellent consultation, procedure and result.

What impressed me most about Dr Pinder was that she treated me like an intelligent person (some consultants I've known have treated me like an idiot!) and we agreed together on the correct course of treatment for my condition. She provided me with medical papers about the rather unusual condition I presented with which allowed me to make informed decisions with her advice and experience. She was very responsive and during the pandemic phoned me at home when I had emailed her with a query. I would recommend her highly.
