What impressed me most about Dr Pinder was that she treated me like an intelligent person (some consultants I've known have treated me like an idiot!) and we agreed together on the correct course of treatment for my condition. She provided me with medical papers about the rather unusual condition I presented with which allowed me to make informed decisions with her advice and experience. She was very responsive and during the pandemic phoned me at home when I had emailed her with a query. I would recommend her highly.
