She listens to me and my concerns and so far she has been extremely proactive with my oncology care. She is always welcoming, cheerful and is sympathetic.

Dr Yahya makes me feel very secure in the delivery of my treatment, any problems or queries I have are explained fully and answers given. She is extremely approachable and empathetic. Dr Yahya in my experience , tries to not overload me with too much information in advance of my chemotherapy treatment and keeps me focused on the process one step at a time. This works well for me as I do tend to overthink everything.. On a couple of occasions on my journey so far it has been necessary for me to get in touch with the nursing team. They have always been able to contact Dr Yahya straight away for her advice and I have received the appropriate treatment without delay. . I feel reassured at my consultations about how my treatment is going and I feel that we are tackling my cancer one step at a time in a positive way . Overall I feel that I am being cared for as an individual , when I consider how many patients must be in her care, I feel totally confident that Dr Yahya is fully au fait with my case and certainly appears to remember all of the details of our previous conversations. If I could think of any constructive feedback to offer, I honestly would but at this moment in time I only have positive experiences to share.

I have seen Dr Yahya for over 2 years after being diagnosed in 2021. She is approachable, answers all my questions and is very reassuring!

This wasn't a great consultation. I found her explanation not clear, although she did try to talk through things.
