Diagnosed with lupus for past 20 years, and more recently osteoporosis and fibromyalgia. I am a 42 year old woman who saw Dr dahiya for first time a few days ago. I can't recommend him highly enough. So empathetic, and was truly concerned with treating me as a whole person, with emotions and everything! Made a lovely change to come out with a solid understanding of things as well as seeing some things from a different perspective. Feel like my care is in safe hands after requesting a return from Addenbrookes where I wrongly assumed things would be better. I am blessed to have a brilliant g.p. And now feel my new consultant is one I can build a similar relationship with.
I have been diagnosed with a rare condition, and was very worried. I was referred to Dr Dahiya at Peterborough City Hospital, I found him extremely helpful and very calming. He explained carefully how he was going to help and what treatment I would need. It was nice to be referred to someone that didn't just want to rush you in and out and clearly cared.
The staff at reception welcomed each patient with a smile and the volunteer on the day was more than helpful also.
The waiting area was bright and had lots of helpful bookets lnforming you of various exersices to help with any problems that you may suffer from.
Dr Sandeep Dahiya made me feel at ease and was very Proffesional and thorough in his examination of me i was able to ask questions about my condition and i was more than happy with the answers that i received i can not fault Dr Dahiya in any way and i would be more than happy to recommend him to any patient attending the Rheumatology Department.
