I was seen by Dr Stumpfle prior going into the operating theatre, as well as after the surgical intervention, whilst I was in the recovery room and later on the ward. Dr Stumpfle was there to listen to my questions, and answer them. He very clearly explained the effects of anesthetic medications so I could better understand why felt the way I did post-operative. Throughout my stay I was confident that I was in safe hands of an experienced and very competent doctor.

I went under momentarily and had no adverse side affects upon waking.

Dr Stumpfle was the Anaesthetist for a recent operation that I had. I went to sleep on cue and he brought me round on cue. I had no after effects and went home the following day.

Dr Stumpfle listened to my experience of reactions to Morphine and codeine and adjusted my pain relief accordingly which made my recovery more comfortable.
