I was seen by Dr Stumpfle prior going into the operating theatre, as well as after the surgical intervention, whilst I was in the recovery room and later on the ward. Dr Stumpfle was there to listen to my questions, and answer them. He very clearly explained the effects of anesthetic medications so I could better understand why felt the way I did post-operative. Throughout my stay I was confident that I was in safe hands of an experienced and very competent doctor.
