Richard has been an absolute star during our time on the neonatal unit. This was a very difficult time for my family and I, however when I was first introduced to Richard, I was instantly put at ease. I was given so much useful information and always felt that I knew what was happening with my daughter at all times. I have been on the neonatal unit for 7 weeks and there has not been a day that has gone by where i haven't been welcomed with smies and reasurrance by every member of the team. The level of care provided is exceptional, nothing is too much and I have never experienced such genuine, heartfelt care. I am leaving the unit feeling confident, happy and honoured to have met such fantastic peaople, especially Richard who has been amazing throughout our stay - Thank you!

I was given good feedback. Doctor made me understand the problem, nothing bad. Happy with the visit.

The doctor was very helpful and stayed outside his clinic houors to make sure my baby was thoroughly checked. He was more than happy to answer all my concerns. I am much grateful to his kind and supporting check of my baby. He really went out of his way to help and treat my son out of his clinic hours.
