Richard was helpful, reassuring and honest, making time to speak to us and clearly explain procedures and treatments. I am extremely grateful for all of the support and care he gave during our 6 weeks in the neonatal unit.

I phoned the hospital and Richard tole me to come in. I was seen within the hour which I was very grateful for as a concerned mother. I was seen without an appointment, I was reasurred and made to feel very welcome, Richard even said he would do the follow up without me being in his clinic. Amazing service.

We felt Dr Mupanemunda was very supportive and knowledgeable. We were well informed at all times and someone was always available when needed. We felt very comfortable with Dr Mupanemunda and care provided by himself and the rest of the team. I would definately recommend the doctor and the team to others and especially people in similar circumstances. Dr Mupanemunda goes above and beyond his role which is very reasurring and puts parents minds at rest/ease.
