Dr Shah is a Gentleman, very caring he even asked my partner how he was coping. He is soft spoken we were put at ease right from the word go this gave me confidence that I was being listened to at last. I had a CT scan and a lot of investigations under another specialist Gastroenterolgist at Colchester Hospital and was told nothing wrong but I was still in terrible pain 10/10 released back to my GP for pain relief. I got a referral to Dr Shah he ordered a MRI scan and a colonoscopy. I had a diagnosis at last, no surgery required ( I thought the worst as I have so much Pain all the time) treat with medication and I was referred to the pain clinic. I would recommend Dr Shah to anybody he is a Gentleman and very caring. "Wonderful"

I have seen Dr Shah a few times over a number of years and my wife also saw him last year. We find that he does listen and explains procedures clearly and answers questions as simply as possible (usually with diagrams!). He has a good best side manner and is always very affable. Recently I had an issue with an Insurance Provider and he even helped me resolve the issue to my satisfaction. First rate. Thank you - Jill and Peter Humphreys

Dr Shah is caring doctor, who has time to listen and have all pervious history and explains with stage by stage process to the actions required and how it will be do it. He will make sure his best to see you on all out patients appointments. If you require any tests to be done then he will make to explain in simple understanding language of the process. He will make sure you have understand fully and know what actions will be taken and when. He will feed back to you on your tests carried out. He is the best doctor we have mat in NHS hospital who cares and deals with his patients from start to finish.

I have been treated by Dr Shah for gastric problems with the complication of Barrett's in the oesophagus for a number of years. He has always given me full confidence and explains everything in simple terms. He is always very polite, professional and punctual with his appointments.
