I have seen Dr Shah a few times over a number of years and my wife also saw him last year. We find that he does listen and explains procedures clearly and answers questions as simply as possible (usually with diagrams!). He has a good best side manner and is always very affable. Recently I had an issue with an Insurance Provider and he even helped me resolve the issue to my satisfaction. First rate.
