I have met Dr Naqvi on two occasions with my daughter and he was amazing. He was so professional, attentive, calming, imparted his advice with much understanding. There was no feeling of the appointment being rushed either. I think we are very fortunate that Dr Naqvi is available at out surgery.

After 7 years of being passed around to different hospitals and doctors, Dr Navqi finally listened to me and understood I needed a referral to rheumatology. Dr Navqi has been instrumental in helping me to find the right diagnosis and therefore the right treatment for my body. I cannot thank him enough. He listens properly and trusts that patients know what is going in their own bodies... something that not enough doctors understand and this leads to, unfortunately, for too much medical gaslighting and medical negligence. Thank you so much.

I am a new patient at Church Lane surgery, I had to move surgeries as I wasn’t getting the care that I needed as I’m getting older, I couldn’t get a face-to-face with a doctor Bailey, even got a phone call, I had seen a doctor twice in 4 years until I joined this practice, Dr Tipu Navqvi is the best Doctor l have seen in 30years, he is old School he looks you in the eye when he’s talking to you. He listens to you only time he’s on his computer is to check on my records or to write me a referral, he put me at ease about things, my previous doctor hasn’t told me ,he is really polite and caring, l have only seen him twice. The second time was today and he remembered me I was really shocked, I feel since I’ve come to Church Lane surgery that I’m being looked after I can’t thank this Dr enough and the other staff at Church Lane surgery, Thank you Dr Tipu Naqvi

What a great GP, very helpful and gives time to listen. Just had a steroid injection in troublesome elbow joint no problems and very conscientious. Hopefully we can keep Doctor Naqvi at our surgery for sometime

I was lucky enough to see Dr. Naqvi yesterday. From the moment i stepped into his consultation room he was probably the best doctor i’ve seen. My surname is hard to pronounce and it’s the 1st time ever anyone has bothered to look on google to get the pronounciation right. I was totally impressed and will bore people endlessly telling them how fantastic this kind doctor was. He was friendly, happy and thorough, asking me questions and putting me at ease. Was prescribed antibiotics and asked for blood form as i only have one kidney and need to know that it’s all working fine from time to time and he was happy to do that for me as well. Was in and out in about 10 minutes and i can’t thank him enough for such a great experience when i felt so rough. Was seen at church lane braintree but won’t find the surgery ..
