I recently became poorly bank-holiday weekend and saw Dr. Chakrabarty at the emergency surgery, Bassetlaw hospital. I was in considerable pain and she was most attentive and sympathetic. She needed to examine me and this resulted in my admission to DRI hospital where my condition was diagnosed and further tests are now ongoing. I felt that her professionalism was 100%and and her kindness was above and beyond the call of duty. I for one am very appreciative of the treatment I received.

Dr. Chakrabarty is very caring and supportive. She always has time for you and listens. She never rushes you out of the surgery, an experience I have has with other GPs. There is nothing she could improve on. I always know when I see her that I can rely on her to put my mind at ease. She is one of the best GPs I know and its a pleasure to call her my doctor. i was so nervous about going to my appointment, i had,nt slept at all the night before, but i need not have worried as soon as i entered the surgery i saw a lady with the biggest smile on her face, that was Dr Chakrabarty, i was delighted to find out that was the Doctor who i was going to see,if im honest i have been with this surgery for years,and always thought some of the Doctors did,nt look at you when you spoke and kept their eyes on the screen, it was different with Dr Chakrabarty, she was warm caring had empathy and give me some very useful information to help with my illness and she actually looked at me when i spoke i hope im lucky enough to see this Doctor again because i know i wont feel anxious.
