First time I have seen this doctor and the last. As with previous posts I didn't like how he spoke or his manner. He didn't seem interested.

If you wish to see a doctor that lacks empathy, you have found the right one, but he's not the only one at this surgery, it seems as though they don't have errh....... whats the word I'm looking for ? ....... empathy !!

Messed my paperwork up regarding an URGENT ultrasound scan from the hospital , didn't bother reading the information what id been sent in with and put the scan down as routine and sent back to the hospital . Only after having to chase up at the hospital itself I found out what had happened and then had to make numerous calls to the health centre to get the doctor to rectify the mistake causing a lot of stress , and a lot of time wasted running about three times to Bassetlaw and twice to newgate centre to retake the paperwork to prove the neglegent mistake . If i hadn't checked then it would have been months to have been seen not days as requested! . would avoid seeing this dr again .

I have a great relationship with Dr Newstead. He is amazing. He listens and genuinely takes an interest in what I have to say. He always takes time to explain things and doesn't preach. He gives his advice and takes your opinion into consideration. He has helped me tremendously, thankyou Dr Newstead!

I was getting tingling and numbness in my hands and also pain in my finger tips. I told the doctor and he done a test and said that I had carple Tunnel (Spelling may be wrong) so I was sent to the hospital for checks and have had an operation on both my hands. I am still recovering as it has just been over 2 months now since the operation. My left hand is better than my right hand but I am getting there, they are much better than before and do not get the numbness, tingling and pain in finger tips. But at the minute they are still sore and a bit red.
