Until recently I have not needed to visit the medical centre very often so had missed the new GP announcements. I mentioned to family members that I had an appointment with Dr Alla and they all said that they had heard very good things about her. The feedback was correct. Dr Alla is great! I immediately felt at ease and able to discuss my health worries with her. She took time to understand what I was experiencing (not rushing me in any way) and seemed to know all the right questions to ask. She quickly got to the heart of the real issues and I am very happy with the treatment and support I am getting from Dr Alla, Dr Gadsby and the rest of the team at Princess Medical Centre.
