Although I met Dr Joanne Jones at a difficult time in my life I have valued her knowledge and compassion. She has always made me feel supported, at ease and she takes time to listen.

An excellent consultant in my mind is a doctor who has ample knowledge and experience, takes time to invite and answer patients questions and treats patients with dignity and respect. They should also be human and level headed without coming across as having a 'god complex'. Jo meets all this criteria and it was a pleasure to meet her today. Despite being in a very busy clinic, I felt at ease and supported.

Very good at listening and being empathetic. Gave great advice and left you feeling positive about yourself. Any anxieties and worries were dispelled after talking to her. A great neurologist to have with the NHS. Left me feeling positive with my current treatment being successful and working well for me.
