Dr Jones was an absolute blessing to me. She was human, made me laugh but also answered my questions. She was the first consultant I met who gave me true confidence with what I was dealing with and understood my concerns without dismissing or belittling me. Her own faith in the treatment she was advocating gave me strength to go ahead. Her personal touch, ability to make me laugh and smile alongside her compassionate manner have been great. I only hope I have her in the future as she was so personable and understood that I don’t want to have pity - but need a boost in confidence now and again. Thank you so much for everything you did for me.

Jo is very professional, warm and friendly person and profesional from what I had chance to see. Would defiantly recommend her to anyone struggling with MS.
