Dr Irene has helped me become the person I am today. I’ve struggled with mental health for a long time, and Irene has never failed to help, she has saved me many times. She always has a solution, and has helped me cope with various problems. She’s always been a bright person, a person I can trust. I wouldn’t have made it this far without her, she’s made me into a person I can be proud of.

Dr Yi has been instrumental in leading my son through times of mental health crisis. Her calm clear approach takes the drama out of the situation and offers practical accessible ways forward. My son absolutely trust and respects what she advises, she has a fantastic sense of humour and makes young people feel so at ease. She understands neurodivergent children and gives them time and space to get their experiences room to be heard and understood.
