Dr McCauley, spelt differently to that, is an excellent psychiatrist who I would recommend wholeheartedly. I have seen him in the capacity of patient, family member and colleague may in the future. He has seen me both without payment and with. Instruction on this returning form asks that I take just one minute to detail my experience. That would be wholly inadequate and I would not be able to do that.
